Penina is a unique development of 24 condominium style apartments. They are located in the grounds of the Penina Estate and the renowned Penina Meridian 5 Star Hotel and are adjacent to the signature 13th hole of the Henry Cotton designed Penina Championship Golf Course.
The condominiums consist of two blocks of 12 units set in generous well maintained gardens and residents enjoy the exclusive use of the swimming pool and pool area, which is fully furnished with parasol, sun loungers and a pool house with showers and toilets.
10 of the 24 condominiums are privately owned and the remaining 14 are divided in time share. These 14 apartments consist of two and three air-conditioned / heated bedroom units, each have separate entrances and most have their own garage.
Features & Facilities
All are furnished to a high standard and kitchens come equipped with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Other features include air conditioning and heating in bedrooms and lounge, bathrooms fitted with heaters; flat screen TV receiving a range of open channels and DVD player. Each apartment has its own good sized balcony and is ideal for relaxing and outdoor eating. All units are fully equipped with a BBQ. Ongoing refurbishments in 2010 will see new beds and sofas in place.
There is a resident manageress and staff to welcome you and help with any queries you may have. Apartments are fully cleaned each week including fresh linen pool and bath towels. Additional made service, if required, can be arranged with reception. Gas, water and electricity to be paid on site based on usage. Items available for hire from reception include microwaves and golf trolleys. Cots with linen and high chairs can be reserved in advance at no extra cost, subject to availability.
